The Netrix IT Help Desk is available to answer your questions either over the phone or through means of a remote desktop session using the internet. Please answer the following questions to help us assign you to the appropriate Help Desk Associate. A Netrix IT Technical Associate will be in touch with you shortly.

Remote Desktop Agent
Our remote desktop agent allows our help desk associates to assist you by remotely connecting to your computer via an internet connection. Click on the link below to begin the installation process. You will be prompted to enter a 6-digit PIN. If you don't have a PIN, please call our Help Desk at 651-389-3310. If you need help with this process we can talk you through it on the phone. You will only have to do this once and if you are already a NetAssure customer, this process is not necessary as you will already have the agent on your machine.
