All Netrix IT employees are part of a mentoring program lead by our Director of Technology with over 20 years of hands-on IT experience.

Staffing Timelines
In the past 12 months, we have added seven full time positions to our technical staff. This rapid growth is a direct reflection of the new Managed Services Netrix IT rolled out in April of 2006.
August 2007: Netrix IT expands our technical staff in Fargo to include another Field Technician. She comes with work experience from SEI as a Help Desk Technician and Magnum Transportation in Fargo in Computer/Network Support. She is a graduate of NDSCS with a CIS degree.
July 2007: Netrix IT expands and adds a fulltime Office Manager to our staff.
June 2007: Netrix IT increases technical staff to include another Field Engineer.
May 2007: Netrix IT expands to a second full time Help Desk position.
January 2007: Netrix IT welcomes another Technical Associate to our expanding Technical Department. He is a 2006 graduate of St. Cloud State with a degree in Computer Science. He has worked his way through school supporting various Charter Schools and doing projects for consultants.
December 2006: Netrix IT increases our technical staff to include another Field Technician. This person has been the Director of Technology at SSM for five years prior to joining Netrix IT and is a Wartberg College graduate.
November 2006: Netrix IT adds another full time “Help Desk” Associate to our Warranty and Help Desk team. He will be filling a second position in our Warranty and Help Desk department because of the growth Netrix IT has seen in our Managed Services sales.
October 2006: Netrix IT augments our ever expanding technical staff with a Help Desk Associate that will be placed full time at a customer site for staff augmentation. He joins our team of technicians and has a degree from the University of Minnesota. He will join two other technicians on-site, to support a staff of over 1200 for an Intermediate School.
July 2006: Netrix IT welcomes our first Field Technician with a B.E.E. degree from the University of Minnesota. He joins our technical staff and will be assigned to a projects team specializing in ProCurve infrastructure and Security. He worked his way through college supporting a variety of Public Sector institutes for the last six years.
June 2006: Netrix IT implements a full-time Help Desk position. We hired a graduate from Dunwoody Technical College, that is just starting his career as an IT professional. He interned at Dunwoody for the last year of his education at Dunwoody and worked in their technical department as first line support for students looking for technical support.
June 2006: Netrix IT has grown to the point that we needed a Director of Technology and are excited to have found someone with the experience and talent of our newest hire. He brings over 15 years of Public Sector relationships and experience to Netrix IT and our customers. He has been the Director of Technology at several Metro Education institutes and a technical consultant/field engineer for over 60 entities.
March 2006: Netrix IT welcomes a Field Technician to our technical team. He brings the experience of running his own business in addition to nine years of technical knowledge and working experience.
March 2006: Netrix IT welcomes our first dedicated educational sales executive to our sales team. He joins the Netrix IT team as a proven Account Executive specializing in the K-12 Academic market with over 20 years of sales success. He is excited to have the opportunity of adding Managed Services to the offerings of his customers.
2005: Netrix IT hires a CPA to manage our finances and accounting. He has over 20 years in the IT industry and brings volumes of expertise and experience to Netrix IT.
2005: Netrix IT hires a full time Account Executive in the Fargo office. He will concentrate his time between academic and Corporate customers and prospecting new business.
2005: Netrix IT welcomes a Senior Field Engineer to our Fargo location and technical team. He has 27 years of computer and network support experience. He was the General Manager for Computer Doctor of Fargo before being hired by IBM. At IBM, he worked as a customer service representative supporting Dell, Gateway, Hewlett-Packard, Sears Home Care, Nortel and several other major contracts. He assisted in implementing the network that was awarded a joint Intel and Microsoft Case Study. He holds degrees from Central Texas College and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
2005: Netrix IT hires a Division Manager for our Fargo, ND office. This person has been promoted from within and actually started his career at Netrix as a Field Technician and Technical Sales Associate. With 8 years of IT network support experience and 4 years of Technical sales experience, he brings the customer all elements of the Netrix IT experience from tech support, network administration, consulting, and general IT sales. His experience as a technician combined with his technical sales approach helps direct the customer's networks in the right direction for future growth. He has had a joint case study published by Microsoft and Intel for implementation of a Windows Small Business Server network. He is a graduate of the North Dakota State College of Science with an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems.
