Positions:

Network Field Technician

We have immediate openings for experienced Desktop Technicians to service and support computers and networks both in-house and on-site. Assist clients with desktop level support, both on-site and remotely. Fulfill project tasks while taking direction from senior Engineers. Configure hardware and software for IT solutions, develop task lists for projects and standard equipment/maintenance/support functions, work with clients as “Help Desk” contact and work with Sales staff to determine better ways of supporting clients.

Candidate Requirements: CompTIA A+ hardware and Network certified, MS Certified Professional (MCP), Internet connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment, comprehensive knowledge of TCP/IP, E-mail, Firewall, and Anti-Virus.

Experience and knowledge of network access rights, setting up and configuring PC hardware and software, and PC troubleshooting; expert in desktop installations; operating system expertise in Windows XP and Vista; familiarity with LAN/workgroup environments (wired and wireless) and driver installations. The ability to coach users to help them resolve problems with technology tools and systems is a must.

A solid understanding of computer networking fundamentals and communications technologies. Commitment to relationship and consultative sales approach. Must possess outstanding communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Must be accountable daily through an internal time tracking process. Able to relate technology solutions to business practices and effectively demonstrate those solutions to non-technical prospects. Field experience with routers, Citrix, Microsoft or Novell Servers is a benefit.

This Desktop Technician position has a career growth path to our Network Field Engineer position. In addition, this position supports advanced levels of technical support and knowledge for clients by working directly with senior level Engineers.

Network Field Engineer

We have immediate openings for a Network Field Engineer to provide senior level service to a large variety of academic institutions, and the SMB marketplace within the seven county Mpls./St. Paul metro area. Candidates must possess a *current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification.

NetrixIT offers an exciting and challenging environment for Network Field Engineers who prefer variety and enjoy working with people. We are currently seeking organized individuals to fill positions for Level II Network Field Engineers. The minimum requirements are five years of current experience in Microsoft (Server Level) and one of the following categories Firewall/Security, Cisco (Routers), Remote Connectivity (Citrix or Terminal Services 2003) and VMware. This position will include visiting clients for scheduled and proactive maintenance, network assessments/designing, and project work. You will put out those unexpected fires as they occur and guide clients to a better more proactive network environment.

Certified HP Repair Technician / Help Desk Analyst

We are currently seeking a talented, high-quality Certified Hewlett Packard Technician/Help Desk Analyst with strong Windows, networking, applications, break/fix, client service, and troubleshooting skills to support computing needs throughout the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Determine effective resolution of issues by troubleshooting & analyzing computer system errors of moderate to difficult scope where analysis of situations or data require an in-depth evaluation.
  • Provide remote tech support for hardware (printers, desktop, laptop, drivers, monitors, and PDAs) & software (internally developed apps, productivity, computer OS systems, internet apps, and various drivers);
  • Interact with internal & external escalation resources to resolve complex tech issues;
  • Provide technical assistance, support and advice to clients, distributors and field engineers by telephone and e-mail in the areas of software application support, diagnose hardware problems, assess product status, prioritize and determine the proper course of action. Identify service parts needed for replacement of faulty parts determined from troubleshooting efforts. Provide accurate information through data entry into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and Inventory Control database.

Account Executive

We have immediate openings for experienced IT sales professionals to sell technical services and related products to the small and medium size business market within the seven county Mpls/St. Paul metro area.

Looking for an experienced Sales Professional that has experience building a client base by leveraging current contacts. This position requires the ability to generate qualified leads, developing account strategies and close business with the assistance of senior staff. You will work with technical and senior staff to efficiently propose solutions and close business. Expand current client partnerships, develop new ones and build resources that will work with you to increase opportunities. Develop strategies for penetrating existing client bases. Tools and personnel are in place to help you prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. You will help negotiate service agreements, support and maintenance contracts. Senior staff will work with you to assure client expectations are set properly and met without fail.

Requirements:

We are seeking Sales Executives with a minimum of 2-4 years of successful sales experience. Applicants should be proficient at cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying new business and must have a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals. Job Description:

This is an Inside Sales position and you will work as the point person for the sales team. There is not a lot of structure in this position, but you will be given lead resources and a sophisticated Sales database. The prospecting will be focused on our “Managed Service” offering(s) to SMB clients. An outside sales rep will be paired with each qualified prospect and help manage the account once it is qualified. Must possess excellent client service/admin skills. This candidate needs to be a good conversationalist and have solid writing skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.

Customer Service Office Manager

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Office Manager. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and have the ability to multitask and work well with others. They will enjoy the challenges of working in a team environment and will be working with Netrix IT's clients closely. Candidate should have a basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and have experience with basic accounting and customer relationship management (CRM) software including excel. Requirements and Duties will include:

Customer Service Administrative tasks will include; filing, answering phones, mail, Word and Excel, agent for sales and technical staff, scheduling appointments, processing Service Tickets Entry Level Accounting (Accounts Receivable and Payable) and other accounting related tasks RMA and Warranty Fulfillment Work with technical staff to coordinate RMA or Warranty request Correspondence with client Scheduling and coordinating replacement (shipping) and receiving of RMA Tracking and updating client with RMA information.
